Ingredients
- Pork & Beef mince 500g
- Ginger and Garlic (grated or minced)
- 2 teaspoons chinese five spice
- 1 tablespoon soy
- 1 teaspoon hoi sin or oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon korean chilli
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 2 cups veges (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon seasame oil
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Heat oil, Brown mince (garlic ginger and five spice) medium heat. (Cook rice while you cook this separately)
- Add sauces and chilli mix for about a minute
- Add vegies and simmer with lid to cook (stirring occasionally)
- When the veggies are done you're good to go. Serve with rice and Kewpie ..... yum yum
