Ingredients
- Benton yaki nori for sushi
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 100g sashimi salmon
- 1 avocado, sliced
- I cucumber, sliced in batons
- 8 King prawns
- 1/2 a red capsicum, sliced
- Wasabi
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per directions on the packet. Add 1 teaspoon of caster sugar and 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar. Cool.
- Spread cooled rice on rough sude of Bento yaki nori sheet, leaving 2 cm uncovered.. Brush this uncovered part of the sheet with water.Add ingredients to taste Roll sheet towards the uncovered end of the roll and jpin the wet end to the roll to stick together.
- Enjoy your sushi roll with soy sauce and wasabi
