Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts x 4
- 1 small onion
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup of peas
- HOT S&B Golden Curry Japanese curry mix
Method
- Cut all ingredients into cubes about 2cm big
- Follow instructions on Golden Curry package but don’t add water and leave peas to stir in last
- Once curry mix is added and combined add peas in and mix
