- Yellow Coconut RiceUsing my Thermomix, I add water, coconut milk and turmeric to the bowl and add the 2 cups of rice into basket. Place basket inside bowl, and cook for 18 minutes, Veroma temp, speed 4. Once you press start, you need to do nothing more. Now prepare Butter Chicken while rice cooks. Once rice is done, place rice on plate.Butter ChickenCut chicken into bite size pieces. Spray pan with oil then adds chicken.Cook chicken 5 minutes then add the butter chicken sauce (jar) to the chicken.Simmer sauce with chicken for 10 minutesOnce done, place butter chicken on the rice.Place a mint leaf on top to garnish.
