Ingredients
- 1 Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix (temp of your choice)
- 1 tbsp of neutral oil
- 500g chicken breast
- 500g potato (spud lite or low carb for extra low calories)
- 100g radish
- 1 large onion (approx 200g)
- 500ml of water
- Cooked Rice to serve
Method
- Dice all raw ingredients .
- Heat a 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet.
- Brown the onion in the skillet, before adding in the chicken and vegetables. Stir fry for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add in the water and curry pack, then bring to a boil before reducing heat, cover and simmer until all ingredients are tender (15-20min)
- Serve with rice and enjoy
