Ingredients
- 500g Beef Mince
- 3 garlic cloves
- Carrots, capsicum, green onions cut finely
- 1/2 cup soy, 2 cups chicken stock, 2 table spoons brown sugar
- 2 packets of ramen noodles
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Brown off mince
- Mix garlic, sugar, soy sauce, in bowl.
- In slow cooker, place meat on the bottom, then add the veggies, add the sauce mix and cook for 4hrs on low heat.
- Add the ramen noodles in the last 30 mins, make sure they’re fully submerged.
