Ingredients
- 1tbsp peanut oil
- 1 small brown onion diced
- 300g tempeh sliced
- 1 bunch broccolini sliced
- 2 cups Kale chopped
- 1 red chilli thinly sliced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbpsn Soy sauce
- 2 Tbpsn Sesame oil
- 2 Tbpsn Kecap Manis ABC
- 1 garlic clove, finely diced
- 160g soba noodles
Method
- 1. Bring medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2. To make the sauce, Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, Kecap Manis to a bowl and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tempeh and onions. Cook for a few minutes until tempeh is golden.
- 4. Add broccolini and kale, cook for a few minutes. Stir through teriyaki sauce and toss with the noodles.
- 5. Serve with chilli and sesame seeds.
