- 1.Cut beef into strips, into a wok/stir fry until cooked2.Cut/Add onion, garlic and ginger3.Slice and add green capsicum 4. Add Cantonese Sauce5. Open/Add Tins of Valcom Bamboo Shoots and Water Chestnuts 6. Finely slice and add Shallots7. Wash and cut of ends of 8. Lastly add in the Baby Buckchoy and simmer until Buckchoy is cooked down.
