- 500 grams - Skinless Chicken Breast Fillet.
- 300 grams of mixed vegies - Broccoli , carrots , cauliflower, beans.
- Rice or Noodles
Method
- Slice chicken breast fillet into strips & marinate in Cantonese sauce (Lee Kum Kee) for 5 min, then heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok & stir fry chicken for 4 min.
- Pre-cut vegetables ( small sizes ) vegetables can be steamed or placed into boiling water for 2 min when ready drain , place vegetables in the wok and combine all together cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Prepare your favourite rice or noodles and serve all together.
