
Ingredients
- 2 pcs of yee mee8 chopped galics200 chicken6 peeled prawns1-2 sliced fish cakes2-3 staks of choy shum2 cups water2 egg2 tbsp corn starch mixed with water2 tbsp light soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp shaoxing winesalt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1. Heat up oil in wok and suate the garlic and then add the meat slices.2. Stir fry until meat is cooked and then add prawns and fish cakes.3. When prawns are cooked, add 1 cup water and choy sum. Let it simmer and then add the corn starch mixture to thicken. 4. Add 1-2 tbsp of mixed sauce. Taste to adjust.5. Turn off the heat and crack the egg ito the middle og the woj and slowly switl the egg around. 6. Pour the gravy over the noodles and serve.
