Ingredients
- Garlic, ginger, 1 onion
- 1tbs vegetable oil, 5 tbs brown sugar, 2 tbs fish sace
- 500g pork mince
Method
- Add oil in on medium high heat, cook onion garlic and ginger till onion translucent! Add pork mince, cook until brown, once browned, add sugar then fish sauce, and continue to stir until caramelised to liking
- Serve with rice, cucumber and tomato
