Ingredients
- 500gm beef mince
- 60ml teriyaki sauce
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Toasted sesame seeds / spring onions / coriander for garnish
- White rice, to serve
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add in grated carrot and zucchini and cook until soft and slightly brown.
- Add in mince, breaking up with a wooden spoon, and cook until brown.
- Pour over teriyaki sauce and cook until reduced and slightly caramelised.
- Serve on white rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, sliced spring onions, and herbs.
