Ingredients
- 500 gr Salmon
- 1 onion
- Juice of 3 lemon/lime
- 4 tablespoons of o bento soy sauce
- Salt
Method
- Slice thinly the salmon fillets
- Mix the lemon juice to the fillet and reserve to marinate, leave marinating for at least 1 hour. The lemon juice will actually cook the fish.
- Slice thinly the onion mix with the reserved marinated fix.
- Add the obento soy sauce, that is not part of original traditional peruvian recipe, but tastes better with soy sauce.
