Ingredients
- Abc sauce kekap manis
- Ho fun noodles
- Eggs as desired
- Vegetables as desired :eg chives coriander beenshoots
Method
- Separate and microwave hofun to soft texture.
- Oil and fry hofun nonstick wok 1-2 mins and add abc sauce as desired and egg of desired (I did 1 all mixed up)
- Add more suace to desired taste or brown colour (just like from the shops!) and add vegetables and mix.
- Cook longer or shorter for vegetable consistency.
