Ingredients
- 600gm Chicken Breast or tenders
- Char Siu Sauce
- Half Wombok cabbage, shredded
- Red onion finely sliced
- 2 shallots finely diced
- Rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 6-8 small wraps
Method
- Slice chicken breasts into this strips, cover in Char Sui Sauce and place aside (prepare prior if you like to have this marinade).
- Finely slice cabbage, red onion and shallots, toss together
- Combine well the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and caster sugar, add to salad and mix well.
- Cook chicken strips in Air fryer on 185 degrees for 15 minutes
- Heat wraps
- Add salad to wrap and top with Char Sui chicken strips
