
Ingredients
- Hakubaku Udon Noodles
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
- I cup snow peas
- 3 birds eye chilli
- Black & white sesame seeds
- Finely sliced carrot
- Diced firm tofu
- Yellow Capsicum
- Finely sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Minced garlic
- Minced Ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- Sliced spring onion
- Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Toss diced firm tofu with Teriyaki Marinade then skewer diced tofu & yellow capsicum onto small skewers ( reserve teriyaki Marinade) - grill these on BBQ for 5 mins
- Boil Udon noodles approx 5 minutes - drain water then toss noodles into hot pan with reserved teriyaki Marinade , ginger , garlic , sesame oil, snow peas , carrots , kaffir lime leaves , sesame seeds , spring onion & fresh Chilli untill heated through.Serve noodles into bowl topped with grilled tofu skewers & additional teriyaki sauce on the side .
