- 400ml light coconut milk
- one third cup chia seeds
- quarter cup honey
- quarter cup cinnamon
- mixed fresh berries
- Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Stir well, and quickly, to avoid lumps
- Pour mixture into four dishes to set. Leave the dishes in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand.
