- -Chia seeds -Coconut milk -Vanilla yoghurt -Your choice of fruit (I add blueberries, mango, banana and raspberries)
- 1. Place 3/4 cup of chia seeds in a bowl or plastic container. 2. Add 2 3/4 of TCC coconut milk3. Cover and place in fridge over night. 4. Assemble in a small bowl. Place a table spoon of chia mix then a layer of vanilla yoghurt. Place a few bits of fruit over the yoghurt layer. Add another layer of chia mix then another layer of yoghurt. Top with banana, blueberries, mango, raspberries.
