Ingredients
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1/3 cup
- 2 kgs chicken drumsticks
- Salt and pepper ground adjust to taste
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- White Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Garlic 6 cloves
- 1 Onion sliced
Method
- Add all ingredients together in instant pot.
- High pressure for 15 minutes.
- Take chicken out of instant pot on a tray, grill in the oven (250 degrees Celsius) for 5-10 minutes until brown. Then it's ready to eat, serve with rice and veggie side dishes or salad.
