Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- Clove of garlic
- 500g Chicken breast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100g Tofu
- 2 Shittake mushrooms
- 1 Sichuan peppercorn

Method
- Heat up pan
- Put in oil
- Stir-fry onion and garlic
- Add chicken, peppercorns, tofu and mushrooms to the mix
- Add soy and vinegar and oyster sauce
- Let cook for 30 minutes until ready to serve
- Enjoy!
