Chicken and cucumber Sushi

Method

1. Cook chicken schnitzel in air fyer. Slice around 2 cm wide cucumber slices.
2. Lay out nori sheet in table and add adequate amount of rice. Add sushi seasoning to rice.
3. Add cooked chicken schnitzel and sliced cucumber to nori sheet with rice. Roll the nori sheet to form into sushi rolls. (Optional: cut sushi rolls into smaller bite size portions).
