Ingredients
- Sushi rice 2 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Nori -4
- Sugar 4tsp
- Rice wine vinegar - 4 tbsp
- Cucumber -2
- Honey Soy marinated chicken stripes
- Water 5 cups
Method
- In saucepan mix sushi rice and water and bring it to boil, simmer and cover, Cook for 15 min.
- Heat pan and stir rice wine vinegar, salt and sugar together, until salt it dissolved.
- Mix vinegar mix with cooked rice
- Cook chicken on pan and set it aside
- Assemble sushi on Nori, by creating slab of rice and adding chicken and cucumber
- Roll the sushi and cut as desired.
- Enjoy with Soy sauce
