- 2 Chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces, bamboo shoots, snow peas, capsicum, onion, one garlic clove, baby corn, mushrooms, Lee Kum Kee chicken and honey soy 120g sachet.
- Cook chicken breast pieces in oil until brown, add crushed garlic clove and diced onion, cook for a further 2 minutes then add snow peas, capsicum, mushrooms, baby corn, bamboo shoots and the final flavour burst, add the Lee Kum Kee Chicken and honey soy sachet. Stir in pan on medium heat until vegetables soften slightly. Serve and enjoy!
