- 5 Chicken thighs 2 pork spare ribs8 tablespoons ABC sauce4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar Salt and pepper to taste2 onions5 cloves garlic
- Marinate chicken and diced pork in sauce and vinegar with chopped garlic and onion, for at least an hour preferably overnight. Remove pork and chicken from marinade and panfry. Add marinade and a little water to cover the meat and simmer for 35 minutes or until meat is tender and the sauce is reduced to a nice consistency.
