Ingredients
- Sushi rice 2 cups dry
- 5 sheets of seaweed (yaki nori)
- 1 carrot ( peeled into slices)
- Avocado dip
- 100g Roasted chicken pieces
- 50g salmon
- ABC sweet soy
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook 2 cups of rice with 2.5 cups of water and microwave for 12 mins. Once cooked add 4 tablespoons of sushi seasoning and mix thru. Cool rice in fridge. While rice is cooling grate carrot into strips.
- Using a sushi bamboo roll place a piece of yaki nori shiny side down. Cover with rice leaving a 2 cm edge.Place some carrot, avocado dip and either chicken or salmon. Roll the sushi.
- Repeat steps until you have made desired amount. You can use any ingredients that you like. Dip your sushi in either abc sweet soy or tyriaki sauce and some wasabi if desired! Yum
