Ingredients
- Chicken breast sliced, marinated in ponzu sauce, ginger and sweet chilli sauce
- 1T sesame oil
- Selection of vegetables, eg Brocolli, spring onion, beans, onion, ginger and garlic.Egg noodles.
Method
- Fry chicken in frypan with sesame oil then remove from pan when cooked. Add sesame oil and fry onion, garlic and ginger, when fragrant add vegetables and cook till almost tender. Add noodles previously soaked in boiling water and drained.
- Combine ponzu sauce with soy sauce and 1 t honey, mix and add to pan with chicken. Heat until all combined. Serve in 2 bowls with chopsticks and a splash of ponzu sauce.
