- Sauté 400 grams of chicken thigh in chilli jam with 5 cloves of garlic.Add coconut cream and 2 tablespoons of ABC sweet soy sauce and simmer 30 minutes. Add chopped parsnip, carrot and pumpkin and simmer on very low heat for 30 minutes.Add green beans and 3 teaspoons Yeo's sesame oil and simmer for another 10 minutes.Serve in a bowl with rice vermicelli and Thai basil garnish.
