
Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken thigh
- 1 medium red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Chilli padis
- 1 teaspoon belachan
- 2 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 cups of overnight rice
Method
- Cut chicken to bite size
- Marinate chicken with soya sauce and sweet soy sauce
- Saute onions and chillis
- Add in garlic and saute till fragrant
- Add in chicken and saute till just cooked
- Add in belachan to the chicken and fry till fragrant
- Pour in cooked rice, soya sauce and sweet soya sauce. Fry till rice is coated with the sauces
- Serve with fried egg and tomatoes.
