Ingredients
- 4 Chicken drumsticks
- A tin Coconut milk
- A pack of Lemongrass
- Some small pieces of Galangal
- Some caffe lime
- Fish sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Green capsicum sliced
- Valcom bamboo shoot slices
- Water
- Garlic cloves
- Lime juice
Method
- Boil chicken drumsticks
- Add lemon grass, galangal, garlic and caffe lime
- Add coconut milk, fish sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer.
- Add some lime juice. Ready to serve.
