Ingredients
- Store bought vol au-vent shells
- 1 small can of corn kernels 125g
- 100 - 150grams finely chopped pre cooked chicken
- 50 grams of finely chopped mushrooms
- 100 mls of thickened cream
- 2 tbs of finely chopped chives
- 2 - 3 tbs of Kewpie mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre cut slice of cheese cut into 4 small squares or 1/4 cup of greater cheese.
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all (but the cheese) together in a small bowl. Make sure mixture is not to wet or to dry. Moist consistency. Mix thru and them gently stuff the shells with the mixture to the top. Add cheese into the top. Place on a lightly greased or spray oiled tray. Place in oven and cook from 15-20mins or until cheese is melted and shells have a golden brown colour.
