Ingredients
- Smoked chicken fillet
- 1/2 cooked basmati rice
- 2 cubes of Mild Golden Curry
Method
- Slice up cooked smoked chicken fillet and heat in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
- Add half a cup of water once chicken is heated through.Bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat, add the Golden Curry cubes and stir through.
- Turn heat back on and continue stirring until curry has dissolved and sauce has thickened.
- Salt to taste, and serve with cooked basmati rice.
