Ingredients
- 2 curry cubes
- half a chicken stock seasoning cube
- a scallion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g pasta
- 500g chicken thigh
- a carrot
- a potato
- 2 onions
Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, and cut the potatoes, carrots and onions into small pieces.
- Add oil and sauté shallots, onions, carrots, garlic and potatoes until golden brown, then add chicken and cook until the chicken thighs change color.
- Add water to cover, half a chicken stock cube, and two curry cubes until boiling, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in the shape you like, cook for 11 minutes, then remove and rinse with cold water, add to the curry soup, cook for another 3 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onions
