Ingredients
- 2kg Chicken thigh
- 800g great beans
- 2 brown onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1.5 cup dry rice
- 540 ml water
Method
- Wash and cook rice in rice cooker
- Fry off garlic and onion. Stir fry meat and vegetables
- Add water and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20min
- Add curry blocks and stir until all are dissolved
