- 400g chicken2cups steamed rice2 tablsp soy sauce100g chopped carrotsChillies to your taste4cloves chopped garlicChopped gingerSalt, pepper to taste pinch1 chopped onion5 eggs( omellete)1tblsp sesame oilMixed vegetables if needed
- 1. Cut chicken in cube sizes and saute in a little olive oil.2. Add chopped garlic, ginger,onion and cook chicken.3. Add soy sauce in 3 minutes and carrots and vegetables. 4. Once chicken done off stove and set aside.5. In a separate pan fry onions and make egg omellete.6. Once omellete done cut into desired size with the spoon in the same pan.7. Add rice and stir fry for 2 minutes until all are heated through and egg is mixed with rice.8. Return chicken and veges to the rice pan and heat it through for 2 minutes.9. Add sesame oil and off stove. Serve hot with some spring onion for garnish and enjoy.
