Ingredients
- Chicken thigh
- Soya sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Potatoe flour
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Capsicum
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Rice
- Seaweed
Method
- Marinate chicken thigh pieces with Soya sauce and oysters sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Make colesaw by shredding cabbage, carrots, and capsicum. Mix with Kewpie Mayonnaise.
- Coat chicken thighs with potato flour and double fry till crispy.
- Top chicken thighs pieces with Kewpie Mayo and serve with colesaw, rice and seaweed.
