Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Panko bread crumbs
- Flour
- Obento Tonkatsu Sauce
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Rice
- Japanese Salad Mix
Method
- Place flour, beaten egg, and panko crumbs into separate shallow dishes. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper then coat chicken breasts in flour, dip into egg, and then press into panko crumbs until well coated on both sides.
- Place chicken into deep fryer and fry at 180 degrees celsius for 4 minutes. Turn over and fry for another 1-2 minutes depending on the size of the chicken. Place onto a cooling rack with paper towel underneath to drain.
- Place cooked rice, salad and chicken on a plate. Drizzle Kewpie Mayonnaise and Obento Tonkatsu sauce over the dish for flavour.
