Ingredients
- Panko crumbs
- Egg
- Flour
- Chicken breast fillet
- Carrot
- Potato
- Golden Japanese curry
- Brown onion
- Medium grain white rice
Method
- Crumb your chicken by dipping into flour, egg and Panko crumbs. Fry the chicken until cooked.
- Dice onion potato and carrot to desirable size. Bring to boil in a pot of water.
- Once vegetables are tender, add one packet of Japanese golden curry to the pot and stir in.
- Cook rice to packet instructions.
- Serve curry and chicken on rice.
