- S&B Golden Curry Mix Medium Hot 92g
- Rice
Method
- Cook rice.
- Put chicken schnitzels into air fryer. 10mins on each side
- Dice carrots ( optional add potatoes).
- Add carrots, curry mix and water 540mL to pan. Stir to dissolve paste and cook until carrots al dente.
- Slice schnitzels, serve with rice and curry.
