
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp char siu sauce, plus extra for glaze
- 1kg chicken wing nibbles
Method
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and massage liquids into chicken.
- Put in air fryer set to 130 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
- Shake the air fryer basket, paint on extra char siu, then put back for 7 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
