Ingredients
- 500g Chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 jar terriyaki sauce
- 1 tin water chesnuts
- Broccoli
- Carrot
- Red capsicum
- Beans
- Onion
- Garlic
- Zucchini
Method
- Prepare all vegetables. Slice capsicum, carrot, zucchini and onion into thin slices. Portion off broccoli into bite size pieces. Halve beansStir fry vegetables until just going tender
- Story fry chicken until just cooked. Add vegetables to pan. Combine soy sauce and terriyaki sauce and mix into stir fry.
- Serve with hokkien noodles
