Ingredients
- Cooked jasmine rice 200 grams
- Chicken breast 300 grams
- Veg of your choice 200 grams
- Basil 50 grams
- Cooking oil 2 Tbs
- Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce 2 Tbs
- ABC Sweet Soy Sauce 1 Tbs
- Squid Brand Fish Sauce 1 Tbs
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh chilli (birds eye preferable) 3-5 Chillies
Method
- 1.Mince chillies and garlic in mortar and pestle.
- 2.In the pan heat up cooking oil once hot put chillies and garlic in.
- 3.Once you can smell chillies and garlic. Add chicken into the pan.
- 4.Once chicken almost cooked add veg and oyster sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce and sugar.
- 5.Stri well until very thing is cooked.
- 6.Add basil turn off the heat.
- 6.Serve with cooked jasmine rice.
