Ingredients
- 600g chicken breast cubed
- Two medium onions roughly chopped
- One large potato cubed
- One diced carrot
- Valcom panaeng curry paste (half jar)
- 400ml coconut cream
- Chopped green beans approx 15
- Dried red chilli’s to taste for serving presentation
- Chopped spring onions or Basil leaves for serving presentation
- One teaspoon sugar
- One teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Place everything bar spring onions/basil and dried chilli in uncovered saucepan
- Stir while heating to boil
- When boiling put on lid and simmer stirring occasionally
- After 40 minutes check vegetables for being fully cooked. If cooked you are ready to serve
- Serve and add dried chilli and basil/spring onion on top as decoration
