Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 600g chicken breast
- 150g panko bread crumbs
- 75g plain flour
- 3g salt
- 3g pepper
- 30ml olive oil
Method
- Firstly you preheat the oven to 180’C then you meat tenderise your chicken breast.
- Then you place an even light layer of plain flour on each side of the chicken.
- For the egg, you take a fork and crack an egg into a bowl and whisk till all combined.
- Then place the chicken breast into the egg and evenly coat it.
- Then place the chicken gently into the panko bread crumbs and coat thoughtfully each side so the chicken is fully covered.
- After that oil a baking tray and place baking paper onto the tray.
- Next you place the crumbed chicken breast onto the oiled pan the lightly drizzle on some olive oil.
- Next place the chicken into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- After the 25 minutes are up then place the chicken on a plate and enjoy.
