Ingredients
- Chicken tight fillet 1kg
- ECO instant peanut sauce 1pack
- 1/4 ground peanut (fried)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2pcs candlenut
- 70ml coconut cream
- 100ml ABC sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 100ml water
Method
- Put diced chicken into bamboo skewer
- Combine all the rest ingredients and heat until smooth
- Brush every chicken skewer with the sauce
- Grill in the charcoal until the chicken well cooked
