- Chicken breast fillet, Ayam Green Curry Mix, TCC coconut cream, McCain Sliced green beans
- Slice the chicken as prefered, fry on a low heat in an electric frypan, while this is cooking rinse long grain rice and place in a rice cooker and set too cook, add Ayam Thai Green Curry Paste to the chicken and stir, allow to simmer for approximately 10 minutes then add 1 can TCC Coconut Cream (add more if you prefer a lighter sauce). Allow to simmer for a further 10 minutes-stirring regularly. As soon as the rice is cooked add the McCain frozen sliced beans & stir in. Cover with a lid & allow approximately 3 minutes for the beans to defrost but not overcook. Serve using a cup to shape the rice onto the plate/bowl and place the curry and sauce around the rice - then enjoy!
