- Chicken, onions, green beans, carrots and spinach with Valcom Thai red curry paste
- Cut 2 onions in chunks, sauteed in oil
- Add jar of Valcom curry paste stir in and add 2 tins coconut cream
- Add 3 cubed fillets of chicken, cooking all the above 1 ,2 & 3 on medium heat stirring occasionaly
- Allow to simmer, covered on low heat. Prepare beans, carrots and spinach
- Add veg, stirring occasionally and cook jasmine rice and serve. Beautiful.
