Ingredients
- 250g chicken thighs sliced thinly
- 1/6 cup soy sauce
- 1/6 cup rice wine
- .75 tbsp sugar
- 130 gm yakisoba noodles
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- .5 onion sliced thinly
- 250 g cabbage sliced thinly
- 1 large grated carrot
- .5 tbsp ginger chopped
Method
- Mix soy, rice wine, sugar, stir dissolving sugar and set aside
- Cook noodles as packet suggests
- In large fry pan, cook onion in oil for 3 minutes
- add cabbage carrot and ginger and cook until soft (3-5 minutes)
- add chicken and cook For 2 minutes
- Cover with noodles and pour over sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes, toss until well combined and serve. Yum!
