- Beef mince, cauliflower, star anise, sesame oil, soy sauce, carrot, capsicum, beans, chilli, ginger, garlic, onion, mushrooms, tomato, rice
- Dice garlic, onion, chilli, ginger and tomato. Then fry with yeo's sesame oil until golden in a non stick pan. Add star anise to pan.Slice mushrooms, cauliflower.Cut carrots and capsicum into strips. Cut beans into two pieces.Add mince to the pan. Add soy sauce to the pan (about 3 tablespoons).Stir until mince is cooked.Add all vegetables except cauliflower. Stir every 3 mins. After 10 minutes add cauliflower and cook for a further 5 minutes.Serve with rice.
