Ingredients
- Jasmine rice (day old)
- Green onions for garnish
- Red chillies for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- 100ml Soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Gochujang
- 100ml Light sweet chilli sauce
- 1-2 tablespoon of tomato Paste
- Lean beef mince 1kg
- Crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Kewpie Mayonnaise sriracha flavour
- 100ml of water is sauce is too thick
Method
- Start by cooking your mince on a hot pan, and cook until nearly done
- Meanwhile, to make the sauce add your soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, gochujang, tomato paste, crushed garlic and honey in a bowl. Mix together and add a bit of water to the bowl.
- Add half of the sauce to the mince and mix well. Cook until done, bit extra longer to make that beef nice and crispy. Add more sauce if you would like a bit more flavour to it
- After that grab your day old rice and add to another pan. Mix the remainder of the sauce together and cook until mixed through and fried a little.
- Lastly you can now plate up to however your liking. I add the rice and top with the beef mince. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and chilli to your liking. To finish off use the Kewpie mayonnaise sriracha and squeeze over the dish in a zig zag or however you want to dress it
