Ingredients
- mince (750grams/ 3/4 kilogram)
- 1onion (diced)
- 1carrot (diced)
- 4 mushrooms (diced)
- any other vegetables that you like (diced)
- chilli paste (1 teaspoon)
- garlic paste (1 teaspoon)
- 2 canned tins of tomatoes
- can of kidney beans
- 1 cup rice
- kewpie mayonnaise sauce (however much per serve)
Method
- fry your onion till gold/brown
- add the mince meat
- once mince brown add all your diced vegetables
- add chilli and garlic paste (let simmer for 15 mins)
- add 2 tins of tomatoes and let simmer for another 10 minutes
- add a tin of kidney beans prior to serving
- serve with cooked rice
- squeeze kewpie mayonnaise to your satisfaction on top of completed dish before serving
