Ingredients
- Lee kim kee light soy sauce
- brown onion, chopped
- 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1200 g green beans, ends trimmed
- 3 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 red chilli, chopped6 tsp lemon zest
Method
- Heat a wok or fry pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, onion, garlic, lemon zest and chilli. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onion slightly browned.
- Add green beans and cook for another 3-4 minutes, tossing. Season with salt then remove from heat and serve with toasted sesame seeds.
